By accessing or using StockGlow (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and StockGlow.
StockGlow is a financial data aggregation and screening platform that collects, organizes, and surfaces publicly available market news, SEC filings, and financial data from third-party providers including Polygon.io. The Service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Nothing on this platform should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country subject to applicable trade sanctions or embargoes. The Service is not available to persons in jurisdictions where its use would be prohibited by applicable law.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised or used in violation of these Terms.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. New Pro subscribers receive a 7-day free trial — no charge is incurred during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged the monthly subscription fee automatically.
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date. You will retain access to Pro features through the end of the paid billing period. Because the 7-day trial is provided at no cost, no refund applies to the trial period itself. After the first paid charge, we do not provide refunds for unused portions of a billing period, except where required by applicable law (including EU consumer rights directives, which may provide additional rights to users in the European Union). Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of StockGlow. Third-party data (including news articles and market data) is provided under licenses from the respective data providers and remains the property of those providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content obtained through the Service without express written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. MARKET DATA AND NEWS CONTENT MAY BE DELAYED, INACCURATE, OR INCOMPLETE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES OR FINANCIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CATALYST SCREENER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
